We work out of Flat No. 137 in the H.E.W.O. Apartment complex, which sits right between Sector 32A and Sector 31. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a design consultancy, being in a residential building, but it works well for us. It keeps things quiet so we can focus. AKS Design Consultant isn’t a massive firm. We’re a small team that handles consulting for various building and design projects. Our office is basically a flat filled with desks, computers, and a lot of technical drawings. We’ve been based here for a good amount of time now. Most of our clients come to us because they need professional advice on how to structure a project or manage the design phase. We spend a lot of time looking at site reports and making sure everything aligns with the local regulations. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. You just come up to the flat and we get to work. Being in Sector 32A means we are close to a lot of the areas where construction is happening. We try to be very down-to-earth about the advice we give. If something is going to be too expensive or difficult to build, we’ll be honest about it. It’s about solving problems and making sure the plans are solid before anyone starts digging. It’s what we do every day, and we’re happy to be part of the local scene.
