You can find us in Rajajipuram at C-1823. We are quite close to the CMS Junior School, so during pick-up and drop-off times, the street gets really crowded with parents and kids. Our office is part of the logistics division of AFL. We have been here for a good while, and most people in the neighborhood know the building. Inside, it's just a lot of desks and people talking on phones to warehouses and drivers. Logistics is one of those jobs where if everything goes right, nobody notices, but if one thing goes wrong, everyone is calling you. We spend a lot of time tracking packages and making sure the paperwork for the trucks is in order. It's not a glamorous job. The weather gets very hot in the summer, and we are always fussing with the air conditioning to keep the office bearable. We aren't a big flashy firm with a lobby full of awards. We are just local staff who know how to move cargo. Sometimes the internet is slow or a delivery gets stuck in traffic near the school, and we just have to wait it out. It is a straightforward business. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just move things from one place to another and try not to lose anything along the way. That is the long and short of it for us here at this branch. It's just normal work done by normal people every day.
