Adworld

Adworld is located at V-11/44 in DLF Phase 3. If you know the area, you know it’s a mix of houses and small businesses all crammed together. Our office is basically one of those houses that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s a bit of a maze inside with different rooms serving different purposes. We have desks tucked into corners and wires running along the baseboards. It isn't the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood is always alive with people coming and going, and parking can be a real headache sometimes. We usually just grab food from the local vendors nearby during lunch. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. There’s no big corporate hierarchy. If the trash needs taking out, whoever is free does it. We spend a lot of time staring at screens, but we also spend a lot of time just chatting about how to solve whatever problem came up that morning. The air conditioner struggles a bit when it gets really hot, but we manage. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest; we just like the work and the people we do it with. It’s a real, lived-in space that keeps us busy from Monday to Friday without fail.
