The office is at House No 466, Sector 40, in Gurgaon. We spend most of the day dealing with shipments and trucks. It gets quite busy here in Sector 40, especially during the peak hours when everyone is trying to get things moved. People often think logistics is just about big trucks on the road, but there's a whole lot of sitting around at desks and waiting for phone calls that happens too. My desk is usually covered in papers and scribbled notes. Gurgaon is a huge hub for this kind of thing, so we have to stay on our toes. Sometimes the local traffic makes everything slow down to a crawl, which can be frustrating. We've been at this address for a good while now. It's really just a regular house that we turned into an office space for our team. We try to keep things moving, but it isn't always easy when the weather gets bad or the roads are blocked. But that’s just how it goes in this business. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people don't really see. Every day is a bit different. One day it's all smooth, and the next day there's a pile of things to sort out. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. We just focus on getting the jobs done. It’s practical work. No fancy stuff. It takes a lot of coordination. We’ve learned a lot over the years being based here in Hayana. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
