We have been working out of our office at S 7/23 in DLF City II for a good while now. It is a busy little place, mostly filled with rolls of blueprints and various samples of floor tiles scattered across the desks. Usually, you will find one of us sketching out a plan or arguing over a small structural detail that does not quite fit the original drawing. It is definitely not a fancy office with a receptionist who brings you tea in fine china. We usually just grab a cup from the corner shop ourselves while looking over a site plan. Designing houses and buildings is mostly just a lot of math and trying to figure out how to make a wall look right without it costing a fortune. We spend at least half the day out on various sites, getting dust on our shoes and making sure the contractor is actually doing what the plan says. Sometimes a client comes by and we just sit around the big wooden table and talk about what they need. It is not always pretty, especially when deadlines are close and we are working late with all the lights on, but we get the work done. People around the neighborhood know where to find us in Sector 7. If the front door is open, someone is probably inside working. We do not really do big presentations; we just show the drawings and explain where things go. It is a practical way to work.
