Acro Inc. is based over at 2820 in DLF Phase Lv in Gurgaon. It’s a decent area, but our office is quite simple and down-to-earth. We’ve got the basics—desks, a few chairs, and our computers. We’ve been at this location for some time now and have seen the neighborhood grow and change. Our work mainly involves administrative tasks and support services for other businesses. It’s not the kind of thing that makes headlines, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We don't have a fancy marketing team or glossy brochures to show off. Most of our clients find us because they’re already in the DLF area or heard about us from someone else. The office can be a bit cold in the winter months, so we usually have some heaters going. We aren't trying to be a massive corporation with a bunch of rules. We’re just a small group of people who show up and do the work that’s needed. There isn't any strict hierarchy here; if something needs to be done, someone just does it. Whether that’s answering the door or sorting through files, we all pitch in. It’s a very straightforward way to work without the usual office drama or buzzwords. The location in DLF Phase Lv is convenient for us since it’s easy to get around. We just focus on our daily list of things to do and try to get home at a reasonable hour. We usually take turns making tea and keep the place tidy.
