Our office is in Excel House. If you know the Air Force School on Old Delhi Road, we are right across from it. Sector 14 is always moving, so there is always some noise from the traffic outside. We do CAD work at Ab Cad Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., which mostly means we sit in front of monitors for eight hours a day or more. The chairs aren't the most ergonomic things in the world, but they work. We have a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle and some biscuits. It’s a practical space. We don't do big presentations with lights and music. We just show the drawings and explain why things are the way they are. The team is small, just a handful of people who know their way around the software. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just part of working here. We’ve seen the road outside get wider and busier over the years. We handle the technical side of various buildings and projects. It’s repetitive sometimes, but we don't mind. We aren't a big corporate machine. We are just tucked away in Sector 14. If you come by, you’ll probably see us with headsets on or arguing over a specific line on a floor plan. It’s a quiet life, mostly. We just keep our heads down and get the drawings finished and ready for the clients as promised.
