Aambitions - Human Resource Search & Development

Our office is located at W2A/065 in the Wellington Estate, which is part of DLF City Phase V in Gurgaon. Aambitions - Human Resource Search & Development is a bit of a long name for what is essentially just a small team of us looking for the right people for different jobs. Being in Wellington Estate is nice because it feels a bit more settled than other parts of the city. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons talking to candidates. The office is mostly quiet, except for the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We have a few plants in the corner that we sometimes forget to water, but they seem to be hanging on. There are plenty of chairs for when we have people coming in for a chat. We don't have any big corporate speeches to give. We just know that finding a job or finding an employee is a lot of work, and we are here to do that part. The air conditioning is usually running because the Haryana heat doesn't mess around. We usually pack our lunches and eat together at the big table in the back. It is a straightforward kind of job, and we like the routine of it all. We just try to stay focused on the tasks at hand and get things sorted for everyone who reaches out to us.
