Aadhunik Estates

Aadhunik Estates is located right on M G Road. If you know the area, you know it's always crowded and there is always something going on. We have been here for a good bit of time now. Most of our day is spent talking to folks who are looking for a place or trying to sell one. It’s not always easy work. There’s a lot of running around and checking on things. We don't have a huge team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep things organized. M G Road is a good spot because everyone passes through here eventually. We see all kinds of people coming in. Sometimes they just want to know what the prices are doing lately. We try to give them an honest answer based on what we see happening on the ground. We don't use those big brochures or have a fancy waiting room. It’s just a regular office with some chairs and a desk. We’ve had some long days here, especially when the market gets a bit weird. But we like the work. It keeps us busy. We know the local area pretty well because we spend so much time walking the blocks. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. That’s pretty much how we spend our time at Aadhunik Estates. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency around, we just want to help the people who walk through our door.
