A Leading Executive Search Firm

You can find us on the 2nd Floor of building 1253 in Sector 31, Gurgaon. The sign outside just says A Leading Executive Search Firm, which is pretty much exactly what we do. We aren't on the ground floor, so you have to climb the stairs, which keeps us moving I guess. The office is mostly quiet because we spend a lot of time reading through resumes and making quiet phone calls to people who might be looking for a new role. It is a fairly professional environment, but we still have our messy corners where we keep the extra paper and old files. Sector 31 is a good location, and it's easy to get to from the highway. We have a few small meeting rooms for when people come in for interviews, but mostly it is just us at our desks. There is a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of fresh air during the day, though the air in Gurgaon isn't always that fresh. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or anything. We just look for people who fit the jobs we are trying to fill. It is a lot of searching and waiting for people to call back. Sometimes the office feels a bit empty when everyone is out on meetings, but usually, it is just the sound of typing and the occasional printer noise. It is a simple way to spend the workday.
