Our office is tucked away in Sector 22, Gurgaon. We are located at Amit Sinha’s place, care of Ram Pal Yadav. It’s a residential-style setup which makes it a bit quieter than the big office blocks nearby. Searching for the right people for jobs takes a lot of time and patience, so having a calm place to work helps us out. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. Most of our day is spent on the phone or scrolling through lists of names. It can be a bit repetitive, but it’s what we do. The office has a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a very busy printer. Sector 22 is a nice enough area, though it gets a bit crowded during the evening rush hour when everyone is heading home. We've been here for a bit and we know the neighborhood pretty well. We aren't trying to be the biggest search firm in the country; we just want to get our work done right. Sometimes we have meetings over a simple plate of biscuits and tea. We don't have a corporate dress code or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily grind of recruitment. We keep things pretty low-key and just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a small, practical operation and that suits us just fine. We just try to make sure we match the right person to the right place without overcomplicating the whole process.
