3M India Limited has a spot at Plot No. 60-61 in Udyog Vihar, Phase IV. This area is pretty much all industrial and commercial buildings. It’s a big plot, so we have some space to work with. The building itself is functional. It’s not built to look pretty; it’s built to be useful. We have a lot of different departments tucked into different corners of the facility. Udyog Vihar is a place that’s always changing, with new roads being patched up or new buildings going up nearby. It can be a bit of a maze if you don’t know your way around Phase IV. Our daily routine is fairly set. We come in, check the logs, and get to whatever tasks are on the list for the day. There’s a lot of movement—people walking between sections and trucks loading up near the back. It’s a noisy, active environment. We don’t have a lot of time for sitting around. The break room is where most of us catch up over a quick meal before getting back to the job. It’s a plain, hardworking kind of place. 3M India Limited operates out of this plot without much fanfare. We aren't here to win design awards for our office. We are just here to handle the business at hand. It’s a lot of logistics and staying on top of the inventory. That’s just life in Udyog Vihar for our team.
