We run 2Gr Consulting Llp from Tg 1/4 in Orchid Gardens, which is part of Suncity in Sector 54. It’s a residential area, so it’s a lot calmer than the main commercial hubs. We set up the office here because we live close by and got tired of the long commutes. The space is comfortable, with enough room for our small team to work without bumping into each other. We handle a variety of consulting projects, mostly focusing on helping people organize their business structures. It’s a lot of talking things through and figuring out where the problems are. We don't have any corporate slogans or a dress code. Most days we’re just in our regular clothes, drinking chai and going through our to-do lists. The garden outside is nice for when we need a break from the screens. We started this because we realized we could do a better job for people if we kept things small and personal. We don't take on hundreds of clients because we wouldn't be able to give them enough attention. It’s just a few of us working hard to make sure everything runs smoothly for the people who trust us with their projects. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but that’s just part of life here. We’re just regular people who happen to be good at solving business problems and enjoy doing it from a quiet corner of the city.
