17 Architectural Studio

We’ve been here in Sector 15 for a while now. It's just a small office at number 87, but we keep busy with all sorts of building projects. Most days involve a lot of drawing and looking at site plans. We started 17 Architectural Studio because we liked the idea of working on local houses and shops around here. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and we just have to deal with it, but the work gets done. It's not a fancy setup. We have a few desks, lots of rolled-up papers, and some old rulers that have seen better days. People stop by to talk about their home renovations or maybe a new shop front they want to put up. We listen to what they need and try to figure out how to make it work within the space they have. Sector 15 is a good spot to be in. It's close to everything we need. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Usually, someone just hears about us from a neighbor and walks in. Our drawings aren't always pretty at the start, but they show where the walls go. We spend a lot of time measuring things twice. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over where a window should go or looking at tile samples on the floor. It’s just how we work. Nothing too complicated, just trying to get the buildings right for the folks living in them.
