Our office is tucked away in Lane Number 3 of Indira Colony here in Pathankot. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, so it stays a bit quieter than the main market areas. We’ve been operating out of this lane for a while now, serving the people who live around 145001. It’s a small, local setup that we run ourselves. We don’t have a big storefront with neon lights or anything like that. It’s just a room where we can sit down and figure out travel plans for whoever walks in. Most of our customers are people from the colony or friends of friends who know where we are. We handle things like car rentals and local travel bookings without making it complicated. Living and working in Indira Colony means we see our customers at the grocery store or walking down the street, so we try to do right by them. It’s not a high-pressure business. We just take it day by day and help people get where they need to go. Sometimes the phone rings a lot and other times it’s just quiet, giving us time to catch up on paperwork. We like being a small part of the local community here in Pathankot and keeping things running smoothly for everyone who needs a bit of help with their trips.
