Sharma Rimpesh Architect

It is just me and a couple of others here at H.No.1229 on Dalhousie Road. We are tucked away in Lane 1-A, right behind the Ram Sharnam Ashram Colony. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about a house we worked on. I started Sharma Rimpesh Architect because I wanted to draw plans that actually work for people. We spend a lot of time sitting at these desks looking at blueprints and talking to clients about where their windows should go. It gets a bit messy with all the paper around, but that is how it goes. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times we just drink tea and draw. We have been in this spot for a while now. The neighborhood is quiet which helps when you need to focus on a tricky roof line or a floor plan. If you are walking down Lane 1-A, you might see us coming and going. We don’t have a big fancy sign out front, just the house number 1229. It is a practical space for practical work. We handle the drawings and the technical stuff so the builders have something to follow. We know the local area well since we are right here. Every project is just another day at the office for us, trying to figure out how to fit everything into a specific space. We just keep our heads down and get the drawings done.
