Our company is called R.S Envirolink Technologies and we are based out in Punjab. The address is in a village called Gurdasnangal, which is in the Gurdaspur district. Our pincode is 143521. It is a bit different running a technology-related business from a village address, but we like the pace here. We do things related to the environment. It is mostly practical work that involves looking at local land and water issues. Being in Gurdaspur keeps us close to the ground, literally. We don't have a glass office or a big reception area. It is more of a functional space where we keep our tools and paperwork. The village is quiet, which helps when we need to focus on reports. People around Gurdasnangal know who we are even if the name sounds a bit technical. We deal with environmental links, hence the name Envirolink. Most of our work takes us to different parts of the district. We drive out to sites, take some notes, and come back here to finish the job. It is honest work and there is plenty of it in the agricultural heart of Punjab. We have been here for a while and don't see any reason to move to a big city. The air is better here anyway.
