You can find me over on Bhadroya Road in Pathankot, specifically at House Number 254 in Kirshan Nagar. I’ve lived here a long time and decided to set up my practice right in the community. Pathankot has its own style of building, and I try to stick to what works for our climate and terrain. I’m usually in the office early in the morning before the site visits start. It’s a humble space, nothing too fancy. I think clients feel more comfortable that way. We talk about what they need, maybe sketch a few things out by hand first. I do all the drawings myself or with one assistant. I like to keep a close eye on everything. If there's a problem at a site, I'd rather be there in person to figure it out than just send an email. Dealing with local regulations can be a bit of a headache, but I’ve been doing it long enough to know the ropes. My family has deep roots here, so my reputation matters a lot to me. I won’t take on a job if I don’t think I can give it the time it deserves. Most afternoons I’m out checking on ongoing construction projects along the road. It’s a lot of driving back and forth, but it’s the only way to make sure things get built properly. If the gate is open, you’re welcome to stop in and ask questions.
