Pagro Frozen Foods Pvt. Ltd. is based out in Village Jalberi. We are right near the Continental Group of Institute, which is usually the easiest way to explain where we are to people who aren't from around here. Being in the Fatehgarh district, we are surrounded by quite a bit of open space and farmland. We deal with frozen foods, so our place is full of loud cooling units and big freezers. It isn't a quiet office by any means. The crew is mostly made up of people from the local area. We don't have any big corporate mission or a fancy lobby with polished floors. It’s just a practical work site where we get things done. Handling frozen items means we have to stay on our toes so things don't thaw out. Sometimes when it rains heavily, the roads out here get a bit messy, but we still manage to get the trucks out. It’s a lot of hard work and staying on top of the temperature gauges. We started this because there was a need for it, and we've just kept growing slowly over time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job every day and keep the business running smoothly for everyone involved. It’s a straightforward life in the village and we quite like it that way. It’s hard work, but we like the routine. Nobody here wears a suit. We just wear what's practical for the cold.
