Micky Tour & Travels

We are over here at Malikpur Chowk, right on the Jammu Road in Pathankot. It’s a busy spot, you know how that road gets with all the trucks and people heading up north. Micky Tour & Travels has been around this corner for quite some time now. We usually just sit here in the office, answering the phone and figuring out routes for folks who need to get somewhere. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a desk and some chairs. Some days it is quiet and we just watch the traffic go by Malikpur Chowk. Other days the phone doesn't stop ringing. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs a car or a trip planned, we just look at the maps and see what works. Pathankot is a gateway, so there is always someone passing through. My family has lived here for years, so we know these roads pretty well. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage. People stop by after seeing our sign on Jammu Road. We usually offer them a glass of water and talk about where they are headed. It is just basic work, really. No big promises, just helping people get from one place to another without too much trouble. We know the shortcuts around the chowk when traffic gets heavy. That’s just how it is here in Pathankot. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just staying open and doing the work.
