Mgf Developements Ltd is based in Sujanpur, near the Shah Puri Gate. Our address is B-1/131. This is in the Pathankot area of Gurdaspur district in Punjab. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. The office is an old building, but it’s sturdy and keeps us out of the sun and rain. We do a lot of our development work planning from here. It’s not a high-tech office with glass walls or anything. We have some desks, some old maps, and a lot of paper. Most of the guys are usually out looking at sites or meeting with people, so the office can be a bit empty during the middle of the day. Sujanpur is a good place to be because we are close to the main roads. We don't spend much on advertising our services. Most of the work we get is from people who have seen us around for years. We try to keep our overhead low so we don't have to charge people an arm and a leg. It’s just a local operation with local workers. We know the land and the rules around here pretty well by now. We don’t have a big corporate office in a city; we prefer being right here where the work is actually happening in Gurdaspur.
