Mech Superviser

This is the office of Mech Superviser, run by Pardeep Sharma, who is the son of Rashpal Dev Sharma. We are based out of a village called Thandi Khui in the Sujanpur area. It’s part of the Pathankot tehsil in the Gurdaspur district of Punjab. Our pincode is 145023. It’s a very local, rural setting compared to the big city offices. Being in a village means things move a bit differently. Everyone knows everyone else, and word travels fast. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s more of a personal operation. Pardeep manages the day-to-day tasks himself. The air is a bit cleaner out here in Thandi Khui, and the surroundings are much more peaceful than the traffic-clogged streets of a metro city. We work out of a building that’s been part of the family or the village for a long time. It’s not about having the latest fancy tech or a polished image. It’s about being reliable and getting the supervision work done correctly. People come to us because they know who we are and where we come from. We treat everyone who walks through the door like a neighbor because, most of the time, they are. It’s a straightforward, local business rooted in the community here in Punjab. No frills, just hard work and a bit of tea to get through the afternoon. It is how we have always done things.
