Jagat Roller Flour Mills Llp

Jagat Roller Flour Mills is located out here in Malikpur, right by the Jrfm Complex near Chhoti Nehar. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road but the location near the canal makes it feel a bit different from the city. We have these big rollers that grind the grain all day long. The sound of the machines is something you just get used to after a while. Most of the guys working here are from around the area. We spend our days hauling sacks of grain and making sure the flour comes out the way it should. It’s dusty work, there is no way around that. You leave the mill with white powder on your shoes and hair every single day. We don’t do much advertising; mostly it’s just people knowing we are here at the complex. We’ve been at this for some time now. Sometimes the canal water is high and other times it’s low, but our work stays pretty much the same through the seasons. We aren’t trying to be the biggest mill in the country, just a solid one for Malikpur. We keep the machines oiled and the floors as clean as you can keep a flour mill. It’s a simple life and we are glad to be part of the community here. It’s good to see the grain come in and the flour go out to families who need it.
