Hbl Industries

Our place, Hbl Industries, is situated right near the Model Town Chowk on Gurdaspur Road in Batala. If you’ve ever been to this part of Punjab, you know it’s a hub for making things. We fit right into that. The shop is on a busy stretch of road, so there’s always noise from the trucks and tractors passing by. We’ve been working out of this location for a long time. It’s got a bit of history to it, I suppose. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more concerned with what’s happening on the worktables. We do a lot of the heavy lifting that comes with industrial manufacturing. It’s not always pretty, and the floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or dust. We’ve got a handful of workers who have been here since they were young. We’re all pretty used to the routine by now. We start early, have our tea, and get to it. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just try to make sure that whatever leaves our doors is built well enough to last. If there’s a problem, we fix it. That’s how business is done in Batala. We aren't looking to expand across the whole country, just keeping things moving here on Gurdaspur Road. It is a simple setup but it works for us and the people we supply to every day. We just take it one order at a time without overcomplicating things.
