Being located near Airport Gate No 2 in Raja Sansi means we see a lot of different faces every single day. The shop has been here for a bit and the rhythm of the place is mostly tied to the traffic going toward the airport. Amritsar is a busy city anyway, but this spot in Raja Sansi has its own kind of energy. We spend a lot of time just moving boxes and making sure the counters are clean. It’s not a quiet place because of the cars and the planes nearby, but you get used to the sound after a while. Most days start early. We unlock the doors, get the lights on, and wait for the first customers. Some are just passing through and others live right nearby in the 143101 zip code area. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It's just us here doing the work. Sometimes we sit outside for a minute when it’s slow to catch a bit of air. The shelves stay pretty full and we try to keep things where people can find them easily. It gets dusty being so close to the road, so there is always a lot of cleaning to do. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. It is just a shop. We show up, we stay open until it’s late, and then we go home and do it again the next day. That is how it works for us.
