Gammon India Limited

Out in Punjab, Gammon India Limited has a place in Dinanagar on Awankha Road. We’re right opposite the DAV School, so it gets pretty lively when the kids are coming and going. It’s a good landmark for finding us if you aren't from around here. The office here is a simple building that we’ve used for years. We handle the local construction tasks and management from this spot. It’s a bit of a slower pace here compared to our Mumbai or Delhi offices, which is a nice change of pace for everyone. We have a lot of green around us, and the air feels a bit fresher. Inside, it’s just the usual—desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paperwork. We spend our mornings going over the site reports and our afternoons making sure the gear is ready for the next day. The staff here are mostly locals from around the Dinanagar area. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we usually get our lunch from the same stalls every day. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work and try to stay organized. If there’s a problem on a site, this is where we sit down and figure it out. It’s an honest, no-nonsense kind of place. We’re just here to do the job and look after the projects in this part of the state.
