Our office for Bansal Edible And Exports Private Limited is located in the Old Grain Market on Dera Baba Nanak Road in Batala. Being in an old market means there is a lot of history around us, and the streets are quite narrow and winding. We deal with edible products and exports, which keeps us pretty busy from the early morning hours. Gurdaspur is a nice area, and Batala has its own charm, even if the traffic gets a bit stuck sometimes near the market entrance. Our space is filled with the smell of the goods we handle, and there is always a ledger open on the table. We don't spend much on decorations because the work itself takes up all the room. We see a lot of local farmers and traders coming through this part of town, so there is always some news to hear about the crops. The building is sturdy, which is good because we move a lot of weight through those doors. We’ve had to learn how to manage the exports carefully, dealing with all the rules that come with sending stuff out. It’s not always easy, and some days the paperwork feels like it will never end. But we are used to the pace of the old grain market by now. We just do our bit and keep the exports moving out of Batala as efficiently as we can manage.
