Bal Tour & Travels

You can find us right near the petrol pump in Bazar Dhandoi. It is a handy spot for a travel business because we can fuel up and head out quickly. Gurdaspur is a busy place and Bazar Dhandoi always has something going on. We started Bal Tour & Travels because there was a need for someone local to help with transportation. We do not have a big corporate structure. It is a small group of us who handle the driving and the bookings. We keep the cars in good shape because breaking down on the side of the road is no fun for anyone. Being in 143521 means we deal with all kinds of traffic and road conditions. We have learned to be patient. Most people around here know our faces. We do not spend money on big posters or radio ads. Most people just stop by when they see us near the pump. We talk about where they need to go and we figure out a time. It is very informal but it works for us and the customers. We have been through many seasons here, from the heat to the rains. The work does not change much. We just make sure the car is ready and the driver is there on time. It is a simple way to run things but it keeps everyone happy enough. We just focus on the task at hand and get the driving done.
