If you know where Hanuman Chowk is, then you know exactly where to find us. We are right there at the main square. Hanuman Chowk is the heart of the area, so there’s always people milling about, rickshaws honking, and street food stalls setting up. It’s a very busy place to work every day. You can see the whole world go by just by looking out the front window. Our building sits right on the edge of the chowk. It gets quite busy during the festival seasons when the whole square is decorated. We try to keep the inside as organized as possible, though the noise from the traffic outside definitely makes it through the walls. We have a few rooms for treatment and a small area where people can wait. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done. We see all kinds of people here, from students to elderly folks who have lived near the chowk their whole lives. It’s a community spot, really. We spend time cleaning up because the dust from the intersection blows in whenever the door opens. We take things one patient at a time. There’s no rush, even if the world outside is moving fast. Being at Hanuman Chowk means we are easy to find. People walk in just because they saw the sign while waiting for a bus. The chowk is always changing, but we’ve stayed put. We like the familiarity of this spot. The evenings are the busiest. We just rely on being right here where everyone can see us.
