Aks Masala

Aks Masala is based out of Village Lakhipur Kapsa. We are located in Tehsil Patti, near Ami. Working in a village is much different than being in a big city. It is quieter here, and we know almost everyone who walks past our place. We set up this small unit to process spices right where the atmosphere is calm. The building is simple, mostly just enough space for the grinding machines and the bags of raw goods we bring in. We spend our days sorting through seeds and roots, making sure everything is clean before it goes into the mill. The sound of the machinery is the main thing you hear around here during the day. It’s hard work and the air can get quite spicy, which takes some getting used to. My neighbors often stop by to chat or see what we are working on. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just focus on the physical work. The weather affects us quite a bit, especially during the rains, as we have to keep everything dry and safe. Life in Lakhipur Kapsa moves at its own pace, and we like it that way. We aren't looking to become some giant factory. We just want to provide something useful for the local area and keep the business running steadily for the family. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
