Lingaraj Treders

Lingaraj Treders is found in Ward No.9, right on J N Road. We are very close to the Girls High School, so there’s always people walking by our front door. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The name on the sign has a little spelling mistake, but we never got around to fixing it, so Lingaraj Treders it is. We deal with all sorts of goods, mostly things that local people need for their homes or small farms. The shop is a bit cluttered, I’ll admit. We have stuff stacked up to the ceiling in some corners. It’s hard to keep everything neat when new stock is always coming in. We don't have a big staff, just me and a couple of guys who help with the heavy lifting. J N Road gets quite busy in the mornings, so we try to get our deliveries out early. We don't do any fancy marketing or have a website. People just know to come to us because we’ve been here forever. Sometimes we sit on the bench outside and chat with the neighbors while we wait for customers. It’s a simple business. We buy things, we sell things, and we try to make a little bit of a living. We aren't trying to be the biggest traders in the state. Just being here in Ward No.9 is enough for us. It’s a good life, even if it gets a bit chaotic sometimes. I hope the school kids don't make too much noise today.
