Our office is located in Flat No 403 at Dharani Towers, which is right on the 6th Line in Syamala Nagar. Pattabhipuram is a decent enough area, though finding a good parking spot near the building can be a bit of a challenge during the middle of the day. We are a small trading outfit and we have been operating out of this apartment for some time now. It is mostly a quiet setup. We spend a lot of our time on the computer checking prices and talking to suppliers on the phone. The office is not very big, but it is enough for the few of us who work here. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that is usually the highlight of our morning break. Sometimes the elevator in Dharani Towers acts up, so we end up getting some extra exercise on the stairs. We do not have any big corporate signs or anything like that. We just have our name on the door and we focus on getting the trading orders processed correctly. It is a lot of spreadsheets and staying on top of the market trends. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there are files everywhere. We just take it one step at a time and try to keep our heads down and work. It is a steady way to make a living, and we like being part of the Syamala Nagar community.
