Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just wait it out or work by the light from the door. It is not a high-tech operation. We rely more on hard work and being on-site than sitting behind a screen. Valiveru is a quiet place and we like the pace of things. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves in our own hometown. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. We just take on a project, finish it, and move to the next one. It has been a few years and we have built a decent reputation just by showing up every day. Guntur has its challenges, like the dust and the heat, but we are used to them by now.
