We run V V V Engineering Pvt Ltd out of a spot in Dasaripalem, specifically at 524/87. This area in Chowdavaram is a bit out of the way, which gives us the space we need for the machinery. It’s an engineering workshop, so it’s naturally loud and a bit greasy. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back with our sleeves rolled up, working on whatever project is on the floor. The metal gets hot in the summer, and the shed doesn't hold much cool air, so we drink a lot of water and take breaks in the shade of the doorway. We’ve been working in this Dasaripalem location for a good stretch of time. The road leading up to the shop is a bit bumpy, and it gets muddy when it rains, but we manage. Most of our tools are well-used and have been with us for years. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it wouldn't make sense in a place like this. We just focus on fixing things and making sure the parts fit right. The work is hard on the hands, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay late when a job is urgent, watching the lights from the town in the distance. It’s a quiet life of hard work, and we are okay with that as long as we keep busy.
