Swathi Ice Cream

Our place is located right by the Old Bellam Market, just off the Nh-5 highway. It’s a convenient spot if you’re driving through or if you live nearby. We’ve been here at Swathi Ice Cream for quite some time now. Being near the highway means we get a lot of travelers stopping by for a quick break from the heat during their long drives. The shop itself is very straightforward, nothing too flashy or modern. We just focus on keeping the stock full and the coolers cold enough. It can get a bit dusty with the main road being so close, but we keep the inside tidy as much as possible. Sometimes the traffic makes it really loud, but that’s just how it is around the market. We have different kinds of cups and cones, basically whatever people usually ask for when they come in. Most of our regulars are the market folks and some truck drivers who know we're always here. It’s a family-run kind of setup. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us handling the counter and checking the stock. We don't really do fancy marketing or anything like that, we just put the sign out and wait for people to come in. It’s a decent living and we enjoy seeing familiar faces every day.
