Suryodaya Fisheries Private Limited is based out of Chinaparimi village in the Tsundur Mandal of Guntur. Our address is H.No.8-46, and it’s a place where you’ll definitely see a lot of mud and water. We are all about fisheries, so we spend most of our time out by the ponds rather than sitting in an office. When we are inside, it’s usually just to record the day's catch or to talk to the workers. The village life in Chinaparimi is slow and steady, which suits us just fine. A small office setup is what we have, mostly just a table and some chairs where we handle the bills. The Guntur-522313 area is good for this kind of work, though the heat can be a real problem in the middle of the day. Polished corporate stuff isn't something we have here. It's mostly just boots, nets, and a lot of talk about fish health. For a while now, we've been part of this community and we know the land and the water pretty well. There’s always something to fix, whether it’s a pump or a net that’s gone wrong. We start early, usually before the sun is even fully up, hence the name Suryodaya. Physical labor takes up most of the day and we don't have much time for fancy speeches. Running the fishery and trying to do a decent job is what we focus on.
