It is a handy location because it’s right in the middle of everything. We are Srirupa Modern Builders and we spend most of our time working on residential and local projects around Guntur. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a practical space where we can meet and talk about building plans. Our team is small, mostly local folks who understand how things work in this city. We deal with the typical challenges of building in a crowded area, but we've got the experience to handle it. We aren't interested in sounding corporate; we just want to get the bricks and mortar in place. Usually, our boots are a bit dusty from being at the sites all morning. We handle the design and the actual building part, making sure things are done the way they should be. It’s a straightforward business. We don't make big promises, we just show what we’ve built in the past. If you are near Chuttugunta, you can just drop by the shop.
