Sri Sai Krupa Netralayam

Our clinic, Sri Sai Krupa Netralayam, is located near the old SBI in Repalle. It’s a fairly easy place to find once you are in that part of the city. We deal with eye care, and it is a pretty quiet operation for the most part. I spend a lot of my time at the front desk, talking to people as they come in and making sure they know where to go. The office is small and functional, with just enough room for the equipment we need to test people's vision. We don't have fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It is just a place for work. Most of the people who come here are from Repalle or the small villages nearby. They usually hear about us from their friends or family members. We don't do any real advertising because we don't feel the need for it. The day goes by with a lot of vision tests and looking at different types of lenses. We try to be straightforward with people and not use a lot of complicated words. If someone needs glasses, we tell them, and if they don't, we tell them that too. It’s a very practical way to run a clinic. Sometimes we get a bit of a rush in the mornings, but usually, it is a steady flow of people. We’re just a small part of the community here, doing what we can to help people see clearly. We have been doing this for a while and it works.
