Spencon Services Ltd(Tanzania,East Africa)

We spend most of our time dealing with things for the Tanzania operations from here in Guntur Dt. It is a bit of a stretch between Andhra Pradesh and East Africa, but that is how Spencon Services Ltd works. Most days involve a lot of coordination. The office isn't fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork sorted and manage the logistics. People often ask why we are based here if the main work is over there, but it just works out for us. It gets hot here in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy tasks done early. We handle a mix of things, from basic admin to checking on project updates. There is usually tea going in the corner. It's not a big corporate setup with glass walls and suits. We just wear what is comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit to get files across to the East Africa side. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. If you come looking for us in Guntur, you just find a regular group of people working. We've been at it for a while now. Dealing with different time zones can be a bit tricky, but you get used to the rhythm after a few weeks. It's just a job that needs doing every day.
