It's a well-known neighborhood, and we are quite close to the SBI ATM, which is what most people use as a landmark when they are coming over. Sivaram and Hanuma started this together because there was a lot of work to be done in this part of town and not enough people to do it properly. The office itself is practical. We have some sturdy wooden furniture and a lot of shelves filled with files that have accumulated over the years. Guntur can get incredibly hot, especially in the afternoons, so our work rhythm usually slows down a bit during the peak heat and then picks up again in the evening. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that doesn't help get the work done. Instead, we spend our time talking to people who come in with their problems or requirements. It’s a local business where we know many of the faces who walk through the door. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just manage with what we have.
