Our office is located on the second floor of D.No. 1-176 in Ganapavaram Village. It’s a quiet spot in Rajupalem Mandal, which is nice because it lets us focus on the work. Being in Guntur District means there is always something going on with construction. We aren’t a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a local operation where we know everyone’s name. We spend most of our time out at the different sites checking on progress. It gets quite dusty and the sun can be really harsh during the summer months, but that’s just how it is. We deal with all kinds of building projects, some big and some small. You really learn a lot about how things are put together when you’re on the ground every single day. People come by the office with their plans and we sit down to talk through what’s possible and what’s not. There are no fancy meetings with slides or anything like that. It’s just us figuring things out together. We’ve been at this for a long time now. Sometimes the roads around here make it hard to get materials delivered on time, which can be frustrating for everyone. We just try to manage the delays and keep the projects moving. It’s honest, hard work and we don’t try to make it sound like anything else. We just build what needs building and move on to the next task.
