Sanvika Developers Private Limited is located in a pretty central part of Guntur, right near the Collector Office. We are in the Skyline Apartments at East End, specifically Flat No.2D in Kankaragunta. Having the Collector Office nearby is handy for all the paperwork we have to file. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of lawyers and government workers walking around. Our office is just a regular apartment where we’ve set up some desks and a printer. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it’s manageable. We do a lot of the planning for our development projects right here. From the windows, you can see the street life of Kankaragunta. It’s a mix of old buildings and new ones popping up everywhere. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team of people who know Guntur well. We spend our mornings checking on sites and our afternoons back here at the flat doing the accounting and the legal stuff. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow during lunch hour, but that’s the only real complaint. We like being in the middle of the city where everything is happening. It’s a practical location for the kind of work we do every day. We just try to get things done without making a big scene.
