Sai Kiran Food & Beverages

Our shop is number 123 on Lakshmipuram Main Road, right in the Brodipet area. Sai Kiran Food & Beverages is basically a one-room operation. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now. The landlord is okay, though he hasn't painted the outside in a long time. Inside, we have our equipment and a counter. It’s mostly just me and my brother running things. We get in early to take delivery of the supplies. Sometimes the milk is late or the fruit isn't quite ripe, so we have to adjust our plans for the day. That’s just how it is with small shops. Brodipet is a busy area, so there’s always people walking by. We get a lot of students from the nearby colleges who are looking for something cheap and quick. The floor is made of old tiles that are hard to keep perfectly clean, but we try our best. We don't have any fancy signs or neon lights. Just a simple board with the name on it. Most of our customers come by word of mouth from people in the neighborhood. We don't really have a plan to expand or anything. We just want to do a good job every day and make enough to keep the shop open. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, but it’s better than sitting in an office all day. We just take things as they come and hope for the best.
