Rosver Spongeiron & Power Ltd

Rosver Spongeiron & Power Ltd is based out of Vetapalem in the Prakasem District. D.Ravikanth and the rest of us work from this location. It’s a bit different from the city offices. We’re surrounded by a lot of open land and the local rhythm of the village. The office is a sturdy building that handles the heat of Andhra Pradesh as best as it can. We deal with sponge iron and power, so things can get a bit industrial around here. There’s often dust in the air and the sound of machinery in the distance. Our office inside is fairly basic, with wooden desks and some old metal filing cabinets. We don't have high-speed everything or a fancy lounge. It’s mostly about tracking shipments and managing the day-to-day operations of the plant. We know almost everyone in the area, and people often stop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with something. The workday starts early here to beat the heat. We drink a lot of water and stay in the shade when we can. It’s hard work, and the office reflects that. It’s practical and built for the job we do. We’ve been a part of the Prakasem community for a long time, and we take things one day at a time. It’s a honest living and we’re just regular people doing our part.
