We are located at Plot O 7 in the Industrial Estate in Narasaraopet. This is in the Guntur district. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by a lot of noise and activity from the nearby factories. It’s a place where people work hard, and we do the same here at Ramdhenu Welfare Nidhi Limited. Our office is not something you would see in a magazine. It’s just a functional building with the desks and computers we need for our work. We spend most of our time dealing with the savings and loan accounts for the local people. A lot of our members work in the estate themselves. They stop by during their breaks to handle their business. We don't use any fancy marketing language or try to sound like a big bank. We are just a local Nidhi company. We talk to people in a way that is honest and direct. If someone has a question, we just answer it simply. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and the office looks a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Our team is small, and we all know each other well. We like working in Narasaraopet because the people here are straightforward and hardworking. We just try to keep our books in order and be there when people need us.
