Quill Infra Services Private Limited is situated in the Railpet area of Guntur, at Door Number 9-1-6/2 on the 1st Lane. Railpet is one of those busy, older parts of Guntur where there is always noise and movement. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for the field staff to pop in and out. It’s a basic setup with a couple of desks and a big wooden cabinet where we keep all the project records. The walls are painted a pale yellow that has faded over the years, but we don't mind. We focus more on the infrastructure work we are doing across the state than on how our office looks. There’s a tea stall just down the lane where we get our morning drinks, and that’s usually where most of our brainstorming happens anyway. We don't have a lot of hierarchy here; whether you’re a junior or a senior, we all sit in the same room and hash out the problems together. Guntur can get incredibly hot, so we have a couple of noisy air conditioners that we keep running during the summer months. We don't do any big advertising or have a fancy logo on the door. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our work somewhere else. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized amidst all the chaos.
