Our small office is located in Brodiepet, Guntur, inside Harika Apartments at flat number 104. It’s on 6/19 street, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. Being inside an apartment building means it doesn't feel like a typical government office. It’s more like a regular home that has been turned into a workspace with desks and filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff for the state government of Andhra Pradesh here. Guntur is a bustling place, and Brodiepet is always full of students and office workers during the day. The parking around the apartments can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late in the morning. Inside, we have a few staff members who handle the incoming documents and answer the phone when it rings. We don’t have any big posters or promotional material on the walls, just a calendar and some notices for the staff. The air conditioning is a bit old and makes a humming sound, but it helps with the Guntur heat. Most of our day is spent typing things up or checking through lists. It’s not a very exciting place, but the work is steady and we have a routine that we follow. We usually take a short break in the afternoon to get some tea from the stall downstairs on the main road.
