Parasakti Cement Indusrties is situated out by the Je Mines. We are specifically located in Jettipalem Village, which is part of the Renatacintal Madal in the Guntur District. It is quite a trek to get out here, but this is where the actual work happens. Ch Vasu is one of the people you might run into around the site. Working in the cement industry means dealing with a lot of dust and heavy machinery. It is a very rural area, and the pace of life here is different than in the big cities. We focus on the mining and the initial parts of the cement process. The village is small, so everyone knows who we are and what we do. Our office is more of a functional space near the mines rather than a polished corporate environment. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the workshop areas. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the equipment. The weather in Guntur can get incredibly hot, which makes the work even tougher, but the crew stays at it. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone writing fancy reports. We just make sure the raw materials are being handled correctly. It’s a plain, honest operation that relies on the local land and the people who live in the village. Most of our days are just about hitting the daily targets at the mines and making sure everything is running.
