New Space Designs

We’ve been working out of the Dharma Kotaiah Childrens Hospital area for a while now. Most folks find us easily since we're right beside the Shivalya temple in Kothapet. It gets busy around here, especially in the mornings, but we like the energy. Our shop is at Sh.No.6-12. We handle a lot of different design projects. Usually, people come in with an idea for their home and we try to figure out how to make it work. It's not always easy. Sometimes the measurements are tricky or the materials don't show up on time. We just deal with things as they come. It’s mostly just us trying to get the drawings right and making sure the clients are happy with the layout. There’s a lot of dust sometimes from the samples. We keep the place open most days. You can just walk in and see what we’re doing. We don't have a big fancy office, just enough room for the desks and some catalogs. Kothapet is a good spot for us. It feels like home. My cousin helps out when things get backed up. We try to be honest about how long things take. If a job is going to take three weeks, we don't say it'll be done in one. That just makes everyone grumpy later. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It's nice to be part of the community here.
