M/S Aster Teleservices, Hyderabad

This is Aster Teleservices, and though the name mentions Hyderabad, our local branch here is actually in Guntur. Vikram Raja handles things at this location, which is D.No: 3-1-228 over in Krishna Nagar. We are located right behind the Venkateswara Swamy Temple. It is a busy little street and finding parking can be a real pain sometimes. We do a lot of work with telecom equipment and cables. Most of our days are spent dealing with technical issues or coordinating with technicians who are out in the field. The office is a bit cluttered with wires and spare parts. We don't have a fancy showroom because that's not what we do. We are mostly focused on the technical side of the business. Sometimes the humidity in Guntur makes the work a bit sluggish, but we keep at it. We have been in this spot for a bit, and the locals know us. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our trucks around town. It is a small team here, and we all have to do a bit of everything, from answering the phone to moving boxes. It is not a glamorous job, but it is steady and keeps us involved in the local telecom scene. We just try to fix what is broken and keep the signals going for everyone in the area. It is a lot of hard work in the sun.
